RETURNS:
If there is anything wrong with your purchase or you are unhappy with the outcome, then you will have 14 days after you receive it to contact us for returning your purchase and receiving a full refund minus the shipping fee. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
WARRANTY:
The warranty covers the hilt and any inner electronics that come with it for 1 year from receiving the delivery. If anything goes wrong with your lightsaber hilt electronics within that time we will repair, or replace them at no charge. The customer will be responsible for shipping the Hilt to us. The blade cannot be covered the same as the hilt since they are most undoubtedly going to be hit against something. If the blade dies without showing signs of being damaged by contacting something else within the first 3 months of purchase we will replace the blade at no charge once we receive the damaged blade. If the blade stops working within the first year, regardless of whether it has been damaged in combat or hitting something while swinging, you can purchase a replacement blade at half off our normal price of $80.00 (so that would be $40.00) plus the cost of shipping. You can make the purchase for the replacement blade after we receive the non functioning blade that is to be replaced. Return shipping of the non functioning blade is the responsibility of the buyer. Please keep the shipping invoice in your case for the first year so you can refer to it for dates and order numbers.
