Not all Sabers have this listed as an option, but for those that do it means that the Lightsaber will be shipped directly to you from the factory and not to our shop first. There is a downside to the Factory Direct option, and that is there is a chance that there may be some small issues, (or a big issue), to have to deal with yourself. These issues are usually fit and finish, misaligned buttons that keep a saber from igniting, missing screws for the blade, or missing instructions. There could be issues as big as the core won't turn on at all and needs a new file installed and uploaded to make it work, or the charge board dies on the first or second recharge and needs to be replaced. (These extreme examples are not the norm, and happen few and far between, but they have happened. TXQ seldom has these problems, but other manufacturers we used before had them regularly). In these cases we will work with you and get them corrected, and if there is need of repair or replacement you will need to ship it to us and we will take care of it and send it back to you. For the vast majority of customers, you won't have an issue, and you still get the same 1 year warranty.
We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. We are closed on Sundays.

When a saber is ordered through our shop, and not the factory direct option, we usually receive the saber within 10 to 14 days. It then takes 2 to 3 days for the saber to be inspected (down to the wires if need be) and all fit and finish to be finalized,run it through our battery of tests, and our Burn In Process to be finished before before we ship it. In all it should take anywhere from 12 to 17 business days before it ships out to you. We go through all this to guarantee you will be receiving the saber your ordered in the state you expect it to be in, with no little problems to try and fix.
When you order through our shop you are guaranteed to receive you saber in full working order, with no fit and finish or problems, straight out of the box. We will receive your saber from the factory in 10 to 14 business days after you place your order. We will inspect your saber completely to make sure it is devoid of problems, down to the wires if need be. We will then run it through a battery of tests to make sure it performs the way its supposed to and then run it through our burn in process. We will run it until it the battery charge dies, charge it, run it until the battery dies again, charge it again, and then run it through the battery of tests again. If a saber is going to fail, it will most likely fail within the first 2 charges. This is a time honored form of testing a computer or any item that functions are microchip based. If the saber functions properly after the Burn In, it has passed and is ready to ship. Lastly, when we ship your saber we add in something to make the extra money you pay worth it and this varies depending on what was ordered and the value of the order. If you order a core only, you may receive a lightsaber necklace or a kyber crystal necklace. If you order a Knights series saber you may receive a blade plug, a stand with a Laser etched plaque, and a necklace. If you order a Force Echo Series saber, you may receive a younglings saber to give to your own youngling, a friend, or to just keep it for yourself. We want you to feel you have received more for your money than just a "good inspection"!
Most of our sabers come from TXQ, with whom we are associated with, because we do not have the machinery and staffing to meet the large diversity of sabers needed, or able to meet the high demand. This is something that we are working towards and will be expanding when we can. Until then we proudly fill this need with TXQ Sabers. There are even a few that we get from another distributer who wishes to remane nameless.
We don't have a store front and we operate on-line and at conventions only at this time. So we dont have rent and utilities to pay every month and our staff is modest in size and just big enough to meet our needs and so we don't have to make as much from each sale. We also are fans at heart, and part of the Lightsaber community. We truly want to put great sabers into the hands of everyone that we can without making it hurt your wallet near as much as it always hurt ours to buy one of these Lightsabers, that is before we decided to be the solution to that problem. We also decided it was time for a new distributer to take the place of others that shall remain nameless, but have sold over priced, and problematic Lightsabers? They went from great choices, to just making a buck.
That depends on which one you order. Every saber comes with a charging cable, Allen wrench, screws and a set of instructions. Besides that it depends on which series you order from, here is a list of those that come with more items than the basics:
The Force Echo Series and The Masters Collection: a Mortis Vault Branded case, a stand with a Laser etched plaque identifying the saber, a blade plug, and for those that have a D-ring or a covertec wheel a belt clip is included.
The Knights and The Ravagers Series: a stand with a Laser etched plaque identifying the saber, and for those with a D-ring or a covertec wheel a belt clip is included.
The Padawan and Acolyte Series: a stand with a Laser etched plaque identifying the saber.
